Swimming With Us
We have a wide range of swimmers attend our swim camps.. These include swimmers recovering from injury, new swimmers, triathletes, families and friends, mature age swimmers etc. We tend to swim at an easy to medium pace (and there is an opportunity for faster swimming if you want to).
We swim in small groups and maintain a small coach to swimmer ration. This provides many opportunities for individual attention and coaching on our swims.
We coach using the SwimMastery technique. We focus on how the mind and body work together in the water. This technique keeps your joints safe and we learn how to use body mechanics to maximise your swimming potential.
