Master your stroke in Noosa, Queensland
with ideal swimming conditions and pristine water
Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 November 2026
Includes Video Analysis, Swim Technique Coaching and Open Water Adventure Swims
Imagine four days immersed in one of Australia's most beautiful coastal playgrounds. Noosa, with its calm turquoise waters, national park headlands and laid-back village charm, is the perfect setting for our SwimMastery technique-based camp. Swim Laguna Bay's protected waters, explore the coastline along Noosa National Park, and spend your days refining your stroke, building open water confidence, and connecting with a community of like-minded swimmers.
The camp will be a small group and led by SwimMastery founder Tracey Baumann.
Who is this Camp for?
This camp is ideal for swimmers who want to develop their technique in a beautiful, accessible location. We will also be introducing some more advanced SwimMastery technique during this camp. We cater for all levels provided you have a basic understanding of open water swimming and are capable of completing an average swim distance of 1 km prior to the start of the camp. Sessions will be a mix of technique practice in the pool and open water swimming, with daily swims split between morning and afternoon. Those who want to swim further will have the option to do so.
Swim locations and distances will vary according to local weather and conditions — we'll communicate the plan each day.

Swimming With Us
We welcome a wide range of swimmers attend our camps. These include swimmers recovering from injury, new swimmers, triathletes, families and friends, mature age swimmers etc. We tend to swim at an easy to medium pace (and there is an opportunity for faster swimming if you want to).
We keep our groups small and maintain a strong coach-to-swimmer ratio, giving you plenty of individual attention and coaching throughout. We coach using the SwimMastery technique, focusing on how the mind and body work together in the water — keeping your joints safe while helping you use body mechanics to maximise your swimming potential. t
